Where we don’t hold something for a country, the product says so in one line. It never shows a gap as a ‘no’.
Four people, four different first questions
Implant reps
“Who in my patch is worth a call this week?”
- Ready-made call lists: practices new to implants, just took a loan, just changed hands, hiring an implant dentist, and six more, counted live and filtered to your territory.
- Every practice with what it offers, which brands it names, what it charges, and who owns it.
- A feed of what changed in your territory, dated by the filing.
Practice owners
“What are the practices around me doing?”
- Every neighbour: whether they offer implants, what they publish about price, which brands they name.
- How well served your neighbourhood is, per 10,000 residents, compared with the rest of the country.
- Public facts only. We never show you a neighbour's loans or filings.
Dental labs
“Which practices near my lab send the cases I want?”
- Every implant and full-arch practice within a radius you choose, with the brands they name.
- Which are groups (one contract, many sites) and which are independent.
- New practices before and as they open, and practices that just started offering implants.
Groups and investors
“Who owns what, and where is there room for another practice?”
- Ownership from Companies House: directors, controlling owners, secured loans, accounts, matched to each registered practice.
- Every neighbourhood in the UK and every ZIP area in the US ranked by practices per resident, income and age.
- Practices that changed hands, and premises approved for a new practice before it opens.

Four things we promise about every fact
- It says where it came from. The page, the filing or the register entry, and the date we read it. Click any fact to see the exact sentence.
- A gap is never a no. A website that doesn't mention a CBCT scanner (3D X-ray) is "not on their website". A website that says it has none is a "no". We keep the two apart, always.
- We don't guess what a register states. Where Companies House or a care regulator holds the fact, that is the fact. Where we've matched things ourselves, we say which rule we used and how sure we are.
- Old is marked old. Every fact shows the date we last saw it. Anything older than 90 days (longer for register entries and loans) is marked as old rather than quietly kept.
When we tested whether council planning records warned us about new practices, we caught 0 of 20. That result, and what we learned from it, is on the page about how we spot new practices.

Questions people ask before signing up
- Is this a directory of dentists?
- No. Dental Implants Local, our sister site, is the directory patients use. DentalGraph is for people who sell to, run, supply or buy dental practices. It holds what a directory doesn't: prices, brands, owners, loans, dentists and what changed.
- Where does the data come from?
- For the UK: the care regulators (the Care Quality Commission for England, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales and the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority for Northern Ireland), Companies House, the General Dental Council register, council planning portals, the Internet Archive, Google listings and the practices' own websites. For the other six countries: Dental Implants Local, which holds each practice's name, website, Google rating and what its website says about implants. Every fact keeps the page it came from and the date we read it.
- What does it cost?
- Seven days of everything, free. A card is taken when you sign up and nothing is charged before day 8; cancel in one click before then and nothing is charged at all. After that a founding seat is £39 a month, $49 in the US, three seats are £149, and the group and investor plan is £399. There is no free plan. Anyone who created an account before 8 September 2026 keeps everything free for good. If a practice is yours, you can prove it and correct its record for nothing on any plan — that is a right under data-protection law, not a price.
- What if you don't know something?
- We say so, and we say why: "not on their website", "we don't collect this for the US", "we haven't checked this practice yet", or "checked 9 months ago". We never show a gap as a "no".
- Do you guess?
- No. Where we link a practice to a company, or decide that a new registration is really an existing practice moving, we use fixed rules, and we show you which rule and how sure we are. Scores are calculated from the facts we hold and you can always see the parts that make them up.
- How current is it?
- Every fact shows the date we last saw it. Registers are re-read on their own schedules, Companies House daily, websites in rolling passes. Anything older than 90 days (longer for register entries and loans) is marked as old.
- Does a tracking tag mean they run adverts?
- No. Where we say a practice has a Facebook advertising tag or a Google Ads tag on its website, that is all we know. We do not know whether they are running adverts or what they spend.
- Which countries?
- Full detail for the UK. Name, website, Google rating and implant services from the website for the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland. Local-area population and income for the UK and US. Where we don't hold something for a country, the page says so.
